What is takes to drive when you don’t have the drive to do so. How do you keep moving forward. My 3 steps to remind.
What is it that makes you move forward when there's no gas left in the tank and you're too tired to drive. It's your motivation which correlates directly with your purpose. Motivation is not the soft and fluffy cheering or good luck card. It is the fire that fuels your body when it wants to shut down. Motivation is the fire that lights the positives, in the darkest parts of your mind, to tell it to them shut up I just keep going.
Three things you must remember to tap into your motivation.
You have to be in touch with your mind and the reason behind your actions. Meaning takes time to talk to yourself about your motivation because if you don't, nobody else will. The internal conversation that you have day in and day out, reminding yourself of the motivation, will be what you go back to when you reach those dark moments.
You need to have the mindset that you can. A positive mindset that your motivation is worth the journey, is worth the pain, and will take you to the finish. The ability to have a positive mindset enables your motivation to be the catalyst.
Live that motivation daily because after all, aren't you here to not just survive but thrive and be that person you're meant to be.
Motivation does not come to those who do not believe. Motivation is there for dreamers who don't settle for just good enough, or those who are looking for the easy way out. Motivation is your fire, so go out there and ignite your life, because you are worth it.
