The Dream You Never Knew You Wanted - 3 Key aspects to living you dreams

Your life is not waiting for you to live it. It will not give you blunt advice from your life. You need to learn to live your life’s potential and believe your life’s potential. 3 key aspects to living these dreams:

1. Living in the moment

“Happiness, not in another place but this place…not for another hour, but this hour.” Walt Whitman

  • Engage in your journey of life. This means if you have kids, play. If you have a passion, follow it. When you fail, own it and move on.

Moment defined

“a very brief period of time or importance.”

  • The Fireman Rob Foundation mission SMILE “Simply Moments Impact Lives Everyday”

  • You need to let go of the fear, the anger to see that each moment has value

  • I fail at this everyday and get dragged into the darkness, yet I’m figuring out my ability to cope and enjoy…live.

  • Physics – “a moment is an expression involving the product of a distance and a physical quantity, and in this way it accounts for how the physical quantity is located or arranged. Moments are usually defined with respect to a fixed reference point.”

  • The fixed reference point is you and knowing you.

2. Believing in your own Dreams

“I can’t imagine a person becoming a success who doesn’t give this game of life everything he’s got.” Walter Cronkite

  • Dreams are the goals that you are meant to live and the goals that you actually want. Not the ones you have done or know how to get to.

  • Belief is about a deeper mental…subconscious level…of thinking. To create this belief you must have put yourself out there to know you can.

  • Show up for yourself and believe in your dream” Renee Suzanne

3. Being mentally invested in you

“MIND your own life. It needs your investment.” – me

“Invest in yourself, you can afford it. Trust me.” –Megan Tull

Four investments

  • Trust your decisions (A lot of times, it is your minds way of prompting you of what you want.)

  • Build your courage to invest (Through time and experiences you can start to find the truest you. It is your ability to not scare that will lead to this courage.

  • Invest time into thoughts about what you want (You need to take time out of every day to figure out and remind yourself what your direction is you are heading and why.

  • Choose YOU…positive you (The more you carry the positive thoughts throughout the day and choose to not start with negative, you can begin to see opportunity instead of fear or despair.

Dreams are your potential. Maybe it may not be the exact thing or they may change, but live it!!!
